These terms govern access to the Forum’s web property and to materials made available through it. They are read together with the Code of Conduct, the Privacy Notice, and the Membership Agreement signed by individual members.
1. Access
Access to public sections of this website is granted on the basis that you have read and accept these terms. Member-only sections require a verified membership account in good standing.
2. Materials
All materials published by the Forum, including the State of Enterprise AI, the AI Governance Readiness Index, and any chapter briefs or working papers, are copyright of the Forum. Members may share excerpts internally with proper attribution but may not redistribute publicly or commercially without written permission.
3. No advice
Nothing on this site or in Forum materials constitutes legal, regulatory, financial or technology advice. Members are responsible for taking their own professional advice on any matter discussed in or arising from a Forum session.
4. No warranty
The Forum makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any material on this site, and accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on such material.
5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the Forum’s registered office is constituted. The Forum’s registered office is in formation; the governing jurisdiction will be published once finalised.
