How the Forum handles your information.

Last updated on the date the Forum was launched. This Privacy Notice will be revised when material changes are made to data-handling practice.

Who we are

The data controller is the Global AI Leadership Forum, contactable at [email protected]. The Forum will publish its registered office address once company registration is complete.

What we collect, and why

  • Application data. When you submit an application, we receive your name, corporate email, role title, organisation, LinkedIn URL, written mandate, chapter preference, and any references you choose to name. We use this strictly to review your application.
  • Member account data. Once approved, we hold your account profile, your directory opt-in preference, your primary chapter and the data necessary to operate your account.
  • Operational logs. Standard web server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and abuse prevention. Retained for ninety days.
  • Email correspondence. If you write to the Secretariat we retain the correspondence for the lifetime of your relationship with the Forum.

What we do not collect

  • We do not run third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no advertising trackers.
  • We do not record roundtable sessions. We do not retain transcripts.
  • We do not share member identity, presence, or activity with any external party.

Confidentiality of member identity

The Forum does not publish its membership composition. The member directory is internal, opt-in, and never indexed by search engines. The Secretariat will not confirm or deny any individual’s membership to third parties.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw your directory listing, and request deletion of your account. Write to the Secretariat at the address above.

Chatham House Rule and the no-recording policy

All Forum convenings are governed by the Chatham House Rule. Participants may use the information shared, but may not attribute it to any individual or organisation. The Forum does not record sessions, does not produce verbatim minutes, and does not retain unsanitised notes.
